I would say I need 1/4 inch tops, if that. I just need a little bit of wiggle room to push the free standing gas range in. The granite on one side is extending about to 2 inches. My question: Is there a way to ''sand'' or ''cut'' maybe 1/4quot; inch from the granite counter top side? Is this possible at all?
